Frequently Asked Questions

Check-in time is at 15:00. Checkout time is at 11:00. Hotel facilities and services for guests who have checked out are available until departure from the Hotel. Late checkout is subject to availability and must be requested in advance via our Front Desk at least one day before your departure. Additional charges are applicable.

The resort is located at only a 15-minute drive from Diagoras International Airport and a 5-minute drive for the city center of Rhodes.

There is an ATM machine located in the Hotel across our Front Desk.
We do not provide currency exchange services.

We do provide pool/beach towels at no extra charge as part of your ultra all-inclusive package. They are available via our Spa, located on floor -1, and can be changed daily according to the Spa hours provided.

*Please note that our Hotel has a No-Sunbed-Reservation Policy. Unattended sunbeds for over 40 minutes will have their towels or personal items removed by our pool staff. As a common courtesy to all guests, we kindly ask that this policy be respected.

A local bus service operates on a daily basis.  The bus stop is located at 50m from the Hotel, near the traffic lights. A taxi pick-up can be arranged at the Front Desk 24/7 with no prior notice.

There is a dress code for evening meals at the Main Restaurant “Epicurus” as well as at our four Theme Restaurants. Dress code is smart casual for both ladies and gentlemen. Smart jeans or nice shorts are acceptable, but please refrain from wearing sportswear and swimwear or ripped clothing. Ladies are kindly asked to dress modestly.

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas and is free of charge. Password: aktiimperial

The mini-bar in your room is included in your ultra all-inclusive package and is restocked once a day, in the morning, with 1 bottle of water, 2 beers, 2 juice boxes, 2 soft drinks, 1 bottle of white wine and 1 bottle of red wine.

There is a mini market in the hotel where you can find everything you may need from souvenirs, to bottled drinks, candies and pool accessories. We also have a jewelry store, a Fish Spa, and a Boutique.

Guests can rent a car through their tour operators, however, our preferred and trusted car rental partner has their own office in the hotel lobby and a representative is available every day to assist you.

Opening hours for the fitness center are 07:00 to 22:00. Guests must be at least 16 years of age to use the facilities.

Yes, baby cots (for children up to 2 years of age) are available upon request free of charge.  They can be arranged during the reservation process or upon arrival at the reception desk.

We have four Theme Restaurants available to our guests, for a one-time visit to each during their stay. Reservations must be made a minimum of two days in advance via Reception, and are subject to availability, as they are limited in seating. Two Theme Restaurants may be booked at a time.

Guests with allergies or special dietary requirements (such as gluten free, dairy free) are asked to inform our front office upon arrival who will arrange a meeting with our food and beverage department.  Our main buffet restaurant is able to cater to special dietary requests, however as our theme restaurants offer fixed tasting menus, they are not.

The hotel realizes that it is very difficult to leave a pet behind. However, to respect all of our valued guests, we are not a pet allowed hotel.

The voltage in Greece is 220 V/50 Hz, plug (socket) type F.

The hotel and its grounds are accessible. The rooms and bathrooms however are not specially adapted for guests with disabilities.

Yes, we do have ironing facilities located next to our reception desk.

Credit cards accepted are MasterCard and Visa. Debit cards are also accepted.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas of the Hotel.

The private beach in front of our Hotel is accessible by underground passage located near our Kid’s Pool. It is both pebbly and sandy, and beach shoes are recommended. This part of Ixia is ideal for water sports such as windsurfing. A third party operates the beach watersports.

Yes, our ‘Snail’ pool located near our Oliver’s Center is a quiet pool for guests who prefer light music and no animation. Activities and daily animation take place around the Main pool, near Jolly Center.
