Please note the following:
- The Ultra All-Inclusive wrist bands should be worn at all times
- One visit to each of the four Theme restaurants per stay requiring a reservation in advance. Make your reservation by scanning the qr code and using the application at the guest relation desk .
- Evening restaurants have a smart casual dress code (no beachwear will be permitted)
- Some facilities are subject to weather permitting and in some cases day and time restrictions and/or changes may apply
- The management reserves the right to change operation hours with little or no notice based on weather conditions
- Unlimited snacks, coffee, sweets, ice cream, soft drinks, juices, water, branded and local alcoholic beverages, beer, cocktails, long drinks and wines in all our restaurants and bars
- Your Ultra All-Inclusive program ends when you depart from the hotel and not upon check-out
The Ultra All-Inclusive program does not include the following:
- External phone calls, laundry & dry cleaning service, spa treatments, Greco-Roman Bath, transfers, massage treatments, manicure and pedicure, hair salon, gift shops, medical service (24/7), mini-market, arcade room, billiards, water sports, late checkouts and lockers
